Call-out fee $130 + GST within Christchurch
Hourly rate of $110 + GST

Our process
Call-out fee covers travel to Christchurch or Banks Peninsula, a full on-site assessment, and up to one hour of labour. You get a prompt professional diagnosis and any immediate repairs. If more work or parts are needed, we’ll provide a clear cost estimate before proceeding.
Step 1Step 2We provide a clear, itemised cost estimate and explain in plain terms what’s involved to complete the work. We’ll arrange a convenient time to carry out the job within our normal work hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and aim to be punctual and considerate of your schedule.
When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product — it’s a reliable, long-lasting solution you can trust, backed by genuine care and thorough mandatory testing carried out in strict accordance with AS/NZS 3000:2018.
